Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Apex Stack's website (apexstack.cloud) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
Apex Stack provides a bundled suite of WordPress plugins — including Apex Cache Pro, Apex Insights, and Apex Security — delivered as a software-as-a-service subscription. Our plugins are designed to improve performance, provide analytics and intelligence, and harden security for WordPress websites.
Account Registration
To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you choose.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy or required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our plugins.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our plugins without written authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services or servers.
- Use our services to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Apex Stack and our plugins remain our exclusive property. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our plugins on the number of sites permitted by your plan.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Stack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your license to use our plugins is immediately revoked.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Apex Stack is incorporated.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
